Spring Eternal not only provides mental health and substance abuse services, but we want to help you with addressing your overall health needs. Wellness includes addressing your diet, having routine exercise, and being mentally healthy. You don’t have to participate in a high intensity workout everyday to maintain fitness. But incorporating physical activity, watching what we consume in our bodies, and being mindful of the atmosphere around us, all make a difference in our overall health. Spring is blessed to have Ms. Sara Louis one of our therapist that wants to help our community meet their fitness goals.
