Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services

Individuals | Couples | Families | Groups

Statistics show that 1 in 6 Americans suffers from some type of life event that causes emotional distress or mental ailment at some point in their life.

However, it is also noted that people choose not to seek the many treatment options available. Although the negative stigma attached to mental health is decreasing, individuals and families don’t know where to begin seeking help. Some signs of mental illness include: feeling down, low energy, feeling nervous, consistently thinking about the past, not eating or overeating, severe mood swings, increased substance use and many more. Let the professionals at Spring assist you in this process. If we do not have the ability to meet your current needs, we will be sure to refer you to someone that does.

Additionally, people experience many problems that can be treated by mental health professionals that are not considered to be a mental illness. These include grief, difficulty managing anger, difficulty parenting, marital conflict, communication problems, and other support needs.
